You have runway. You do not have a marketing team.
The first marketing hire is the worst-timed decision
You need someone before you have proof that marketing works, and the proof is what the hire is supposed to produce. So you either wait and lose months, or you hire and spend runway finding out whether you hired for the right channel. The same argument applies to the first agency retainer, which is the same bet with less context about your business.
The expensive mistake is paying to discover the site leaks
Before you choose a channel, you should know whether the site can hold the traffic once it arrives. A campaign pointed at a page that loses people at the fold is a paid way to learn something an audit tells you for free.
The public-site audit is free and it is not a teaser: 23 analysis types across conversion, search, AI-answer visibility, usability and market context. All 10 Nielsen usability heuristics scored individually. 13 technical SEO checks with severity and evidence. Core Web Vitals against Google's thresholds, LCP at 2.5 seconds or less, INP at 200 milliseconds or less, CLS at 0.1 or less. An accessibility score from 0 to 100 from automated axe-core checks, which is not a WCAG compliance review.
Read that before you spend on acquisition. It is the cheapest information you will get this quarter.
Run a small number of things, then kill what did not work
Growth is $127 a month, or $105 billed yearly, for two outcomes at a time. An outcome is a goal running at a time, not a bundle of posts, so two outcomes means two things being tested rather than two content calendars being filled. 2,500 credits a month, 25 tracked prompts, 3 seats, 1 project.
Cadence matters more than price here. Two outcomes, one quarter, and a decision at the end: keep what moved, stop what did not. The reporting is on what moved rather than what got published, which is the number that decision actually needs.
Month to month is the point
No minimum term. Cancel from billing. If the experiment fails, the failure costs you a month and a decision, not a locked annual term and a renewal negotiation.
That sounds small until you are the person explaining to the board why the marketing line is committed and producing nothing. Scale exists at $247 a month, or $205 billed yearly, if you later need five outcomes at accelerated cadence, 7,500 credits, 100 tracked prompts, 10 seats and 5 projects. You do not need it to find out whether this works.
Who this is not for
Once you know your channel and need volume, this stops being the right shape. If the real blocker is a brand identity, no amount of demand work will fix it. And if someone has promised you a guaranteed growth number, they were not describing this.
Run the free audit on your site and read the findings before your next spend decision.
