How to run a conversion test on a key page

Nova will design a test on a key page, you approve the start, and a readout will say whether the variant won. The end-to-end test and readout flow is still being built.

When you need this

You have two credible versions of a headline, offer or layout and want evidence before committing to one.

How the crew does it

  1. Frame the hypothesis

    Website Crew

Nova writes what changes, why it should matter, the metric that decides the test and the guardrail metrics to watch.

  2. Build the variant

    Website Crew

Nova drafts the variant page, and Iris checks it for brand fit.

  3. Approve the test start

    You

Starting a conversion test is a gated action: you approve the variant, the traffic split and the stop rule.

  4. Read out the result

    Website Crew

Echo reports the result with its confidence level and recommends the next test.

What waits for you

The variant, the start of the test and which version becomes permanent.

Measured by

The pre-agreed conversion metric for each variant, with guardrail metrics and a stated confidence level.

Limits

Planned: the dedicated experiment readout is not shipped yet, so today the crew can draft variants and hypotheses but not run and read out a test end to end. Low-traffic pages may never reach a confident result.
