How to route new leads to the right owner

The Pipeline Crew recommends an owner for each new lead using your routing rules and the lead's details. Ownership changes only when you approve it.

When you need this

New leads land in a shared queue or with whoever saw them first, and some sit unowned for days.

How the crew does it

  1. Write down your routing rules

    You

Tell the crew how leads should be split today: by territory, segment, product line, deal size or round robin.

  2. Read each new lead

    Pipeline Crew

Atlas reads the new lead's source, company and form answers from the CRM or inbound record.

  3. Recommend an owner

    Pipeline Crew

It matches the lead against your rules and proposes an owner, with the rule it applied. Leads no rule covers are flagged.

  4. Approve the assignment

    You

You confirm or change the owner. Only an approved assignment is written back to the CRM.

What waits for you

Every change to who owns a lead, and any change to the routing rules themselves.

Connect

CRM, salesforce, Spreadsheet or CSV

New leads with an approved owner and the time from arrival to first owner action.

Limits

The crew recommends; it does not change lead ownership on its own. Writing back to the record needs a connected CRM.
