How to turn a CSV of contacts into an ICP-scored prospect list

Upload a CSV and the Outreach Crew scores each contact against your ideal customer, explains the score, and shortlists who is worth contacting.

Outreach Crew

When you need this

You have a spreadsheet of contacts from an export, a list vendor or an old CRM, and no clear view of who actually fits.

How the crew does it

  1. Name the campaign and the goal

    You

Pick the goal, such as booking a demo or getting on a call, so the crew scores and writes toward it.

  2. Confirm your ideal customer

    You

Check the ideal customer profile the crew will score against and correct anything that is off.

  3. Upload the CSV

    You

Upload the contact file. The crew reads names, roles, companies and profile links from it.

  4. Score every contact

    Outreach Crew

Apollo scores each contact for fit and writes the reason, with the source it relied on.

  5. Shortlist and flag

    Outreach Crew

The best-fit contacts are shortlisted, and anyone who should not be contacted is flagged with a suppression warning.

  6. Approve the recipients

    You

You remove anyone you do not want contacted. Only approved prospects move on to drafted messages.

What waits for you

Limits

The score is only as good as the columns in your file. A low-detail row gets a low-confidence score and a note saying it needs validation.
